Overview: As an Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives for our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives in line with our organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and community partners, to identify educational needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Conduct research and stay updated on current trends and best practices in education, incorporating them into program development.
• Design curriculum and educational materials that are engaging, effective, and culturally responsive.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of educational programs, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their desired outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Manage a team of educators and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational partners and community organizations to enhance program offerings and reach a wider audience.
• Develop and manage budgets for educational programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Organize and facilitate professional development opportunities for educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs and reach a wider audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and coordination, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in education.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating multiple projects.
• Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in curriculum design and development.
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusivity in educational settings.
