Position: Textile Production Manager

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Textile Production Manager to join our growing team. As a Textile Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of our textile products, from raw materials to finished goods. You will work closely with our team of designers, suppliers, and production workers to ensure that all production operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of textile production, including sourcing of raw materials, scheduling of production runs, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
• Manage and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
• Maintain and update production records, including inventory levels, production costs, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure that production meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, maintain quality standards, and resolve any issues or delays.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and production techniques to continuously improve production processes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all production staff.
• Manage budget and expenses related to production, ensuring cost-effectiveness and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in textile production, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of textile production processes and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications related to production management.
