Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum for a variety of educational programs and materials. Your expertise in instructional design, pedagogy, and curriculum development will be crucial in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and target audience for various educational programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content and learning materials.
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and techniques to engage learners and promote active learning.
• Ensure alignment of curriculum with industry standards, learning outcomes, and instructional design principles.
• Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance curriculum.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in the education field and incorporate innovative teaching strategies and technologies into curriculum development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, programmers, and project managers, to create and deliver high-quality curriculum products.
• Provide guidance and support to instructors and trainers in effectively delivering the curriculum.
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and pedagogy.
• Proficient in using instructional design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia.
• Demonstrated experience in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for a variety of audiences.
• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
