Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital transformation process for our clients. You will play a crucial role in helping organizations navigate through the ever-evolving digital landscape and guide them towards achieving their digital goals. This is a remote position with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects for clients from various industries, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to identify and implement digital solutions that align with the company's overall strategy
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation
• Develop and implement digital strategies and roadmaps that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth for the organization
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and optimize digital transformation processes
• Act as a liaison between the company and external digital partners, vendors, and agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Train and mentor team members on digital transformation processes and tools, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Monitor and track the success of digital transformation initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to the senior management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in a consulting or technology company
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital transformation projects within deadline and budget constraints
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in business processes and strategies
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and roadmaps
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Flexibility to travel as needed
