Key Responsibilities:

Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and catering events.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability in the food and beverage department.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are on hand at all times.
Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Create schedules and assign duties to staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain high standards of food and service quality, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for food, beverage, and supply purchases.
Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure the freshest and highest quality ingredients are used in our food and beverage offerings.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and promote special events, menus, and promotions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
