Salary: USD: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

About the Role: As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our educational programs. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other staff members to ensure the smooth and successful execution of our educational initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage educational programs, including curriculum design, lesson plans, and materials.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure that educational programs align with educational standards and meet the needs of students.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members on best practices for delivering educational programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools and other educational institutions to promote our programs and identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Manage program budgets and resources efficiently and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of students to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate educational events, such as workshops, conferences, and field trips.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education to continuously improve our programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an educational role, preferably as a coordinator or similar.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum development.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource management.
• Passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
