Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls and emails, and address client inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate client records and update patient information as needed
• Process payments and handle financial transactions
• Assist with the check-in and check-out process for patients
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and pet food
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide exceptional service to clients and their pets
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for animal care and welfare
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
