Key Responsibilities:

Develop and perform captivating acts that showcase your unique talents and skills
Create and rehearse new performances to keep the show fresh and exciting for audiences
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, themes, and storylines for performances
Participate in costume fittings, makeup sessions, and other preparations for performances
Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure smooth execution of performances
Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism during performances
Interact with audience members and engage them in the show to enhance their experience
Continuously seek ways to improve and evolve performances to keep up with industry trends and standards
Attend rehearsals, meetings, and trainings as required
Adhere to safety, health, and security guidelines during performances
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Headlining Performer, preferably in a theater, theme park, or cruise ship environment
Proven track record of delivering outstanding performances and receiving positive reviews from audiences and critics
Exceptional skills in one or more performance areas such as singing, dancing, acting, acrobatics, or magic
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in performance schedules and routines
Strong creative and artistic abilities with the ability to think outside the box
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding acts
High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
