We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team.

Job Summary: As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from start to finish. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Manage and train production staff to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the production team.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing production processes and meeting targets.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
