Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of commercial properties from concept to completion. You will work closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for commercial real estate projects, including site selection, market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessments.
• Oversee all aspects of the development process, including design, entitlements, permitting, construction, leasing, and project closeout.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and other service providers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government agencies, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure projects are compliant and competitive.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate development, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including site selection, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
