Position: Education Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our educational programs. This role requires a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs to meet the needs of our target audience.
• Coordinate and manage all logistics for educational events, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure educational programs align with company objectives and goals.
• Design and create educational materials, such as handouts and presentations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate new and relevant information into educational programs.
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to expand our reach and impact.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of educational program data for analysis and improvement purposes.
• Provide support and guidance to participants throughout the educational program to ensure a positive and successful experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational techniques and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program coordination.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
