Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, proven leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's operations, including but not limited to, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff.
• Create and maintain schedules for all employees to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage all financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including marketing initiatives and upselling techniques.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and addressing any customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for all staff and provide ongoing coaching and training to improve performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
