Position: Infrastructure Architect

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the overall infrastructure architecture for our organization. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our infrastructure meets the needs of our business and supports our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the overall infrastructure architecture, including network, servers, storage, and security systems.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure that infrastructure solutions meet business needs and align with company goals.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular assessments of the current infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades as needed.
• Monitor system performance and identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform infrastructure decisions.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in infrastructure architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• In-depth understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
