Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate our brand's message
Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback on design projects
Oversee all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to final delivery
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our design aesthetic
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of work
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions
Create designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media platforms

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a leadership position
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
