Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Operations Supervisor to join our team. As the Facility Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all building systems
• Manage a team of maintenance and custodial staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support
• Monitor and maintain budgetary and cost control measures for facility operations
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair projects
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and present reports on facility operations to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
