Position Title: Director of Architecture Education Programs

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead our Architecture Education Programs. As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and impactful educational programs that align with our organization's mission and goals. This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in architecture and education, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the organization's architecture education programs, including curriculum design, instructor recruitment, and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational materials and resources that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other stakeholders to promote and expand the reach of our programs.
• Lead and manage a team of instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure program success and student satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in architecture education to continuously improve and enhance our programs.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain students for our programs.
• Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for the organization's architecture education programs, representing our mission and values to external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and/or teaching in the field of architecture.
• Proven experience in program management and leadership, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of current trends and best practices in architecture education.
• Proficient in using educational technology and platforms to deliver online and in-person programs.
• Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the field of architecture.
