This is a full-time position, with a standard workweek of 40 hours. However, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines or resolve urgent issues. • Manage and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals related to telecommunications systems, such as routers, switches, and servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and upgrades to existing systems.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our telecommunications infrastructure.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the company's data and communication networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and maintaining telecommunications systems and networks.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication technologies, including VoIP, PBX, and data networks.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures for data and network protection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
