Salary: EUR: €34,000 - €59,000 per year

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and developing high-quality curriculum materials for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on current and emerging trends in education and instructional design to inform the development of curriculum materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, course content, and assessment methods
• Develop and design curriculum materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and learning activities, that align with learning objectives and are engaging for learners
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to ensure effective and efficient delivery of curriculum materials
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of curriculum materials
• Continuously evaluate and improve curriculum materials based on feedback from stakeholders and data analysis
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of curriculum materials into learning platforms and programs
• Provide support and training to instructors and facilitators on the effective use of curriculum materials
• Participate in the development of training programs and workshops for internal staff and external partners
• Keep accurate records and documentation of curriculum development processes and materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Proven experience in developing curriculum materials for various learning modalities, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and learning management systems
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform curriculum development
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Creativity and innovation in developing engaging and effective learning materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning and development
