Job Title: Education Curriculum Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring curriculum frameworks to ensure high-quality education standards are met. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including teachers, school leaders, and curriculum specialists, to create and maintain a comprehensive educational program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain curriculum frameworks for various subjects and grade levels, in accordance with state and national standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and curriculum specialists to design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary adjustments to improve student learning outcomes.
• Ensure that curriculum materials are aligned with the school's mission, vision, and educational goals.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and research in education to continuously improve and enhance curriculum offerings.
• Conduct regular meetings with teachers to provide support and guidance on curriculum implementation.
• Coordinate with textbook publishers to review and select appropriate materials for the curriculum.
• Oversee the development and administration of assessments to measure student progress and inform curriculum development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and experts to enhance curriculum offerings and provide opportunities for students.
• Train and support teachers on the use of curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with school leaders to ensure that curriculum aligns with budget and resources.
• Analyze data and provide reports to school leadership on curriculum effectiveness and student achievement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards, assessment tools, and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of technology integration in the curriculum.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
