• Work closely with finance and operations teams to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with financial models and data analysis tools.
