About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental & Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Rental & Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for managing the rental and leasing process of residential and commercial properties. You will be the first point of contact for potential tenants and will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with existing tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings to potential tenants and provide detailed information about the property, including lease terms, amenities, and nearby attractions.
• Screen and qualify potential tenants by verifying income, employment, rental history, and background checks.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies.
• Collect and process rental payments, security deposits, and other fees from tenants.
• Oversee the maintenance and repairs of rental properties, liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality services.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and property maintenance standards.
• Keep up-to-date with local rental market trends and adjust rental rates according to market demand.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain tenants.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, real estate, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
