Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As the Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating educational curriculum for our organization. This role requires a strong background in curriculum design and instructional methods, as well as excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design a comprehensive curriculum framework that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, content, and assessment strategies for each course
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Integrate innovative instructional technologies and methodologies into the curriculum to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for curriculum improvement and development
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders
• Continuously update and revise curriculum content to ensure relevance and accuracy
• Manage multiple curriculum development projects, adhering to timelines and budget constraints
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of curriculum into training programs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of curriculum design principles and adult learning theories
• Proficiency in instructional design software and learning management systems
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful curriculum programs
