Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Banking Associate, you will work closely with senior bankers to provide support in executing various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial advisory services. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial models, valuation analysis, and presentations for client pitches and transactions
• Conduct industry and market research to assist in identifying potential clients and opportunities
• Perform due diligence and assist with the negotiation and structuring of deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and tax advisors, to ensure successful deal execution
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for potential investment opportunities
• Support the senior bankers in business development efforts and client management
• Mentor and train junior team members, as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and experience building complex financial models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Series 7 and 63 licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
