Program Development Manager - Esbjerg, Denmark

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement program strategies in alignment with company goals.

Manage program budgets and expenses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in program development or project management.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proven track record of developing successful programs.

Experience in budget management and cost control.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Experience in Program Development is a plus.
