Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities in new and existing markets
Develop and implement global expansion strategies in alignment with the company's overall business objectives
Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and government agencies in target markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute market entry plans
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential partnerships and investments
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for global development projects
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities
Develop and deliver presentations to senior management and key stakeholders on global development initiatives
Manage and coordinate global development projects, including project teams and external consultants
Travel to target markets to conduct on-site assessments and oversee project execution
Provide regular reports and updates on global development projects to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in global development, business development, or market expansion roles
Proven track record of successfully executing global expansion strategies and projects
Strong understanding of international markets and cultural sensitivities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
