Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project at the job site. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure that all construction work is completed within the specified timeline and budget.
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
• Develop and maintain a construction schedule to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available on site.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and ensure that all workers adhere to proper safety protocols.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and materials used.
• Conduct regular meetings with the construction team to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project goals are being met.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure that all construction work meets high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations to continually improve construction processes and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
