Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and design curriculum for various educational programs.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
Analyze learning objectives and develop appropriate instructional strategies and activities to achieve them.
Design and develop assessments to measure student learning and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum.
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.
Ensure alignment of curriculum with educational standards and learning outcomes.
Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from students and instructors to make necessary improvements to the curriculum.
Train and support instructors on the use of the curriculum and provide ongoing guidance and support.
Collaborate with other curriculum development specialists to share best practices and develop standardized processes and templates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using instructional design software and multimedia tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
