Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum standards and materials for all grade levels and subject areas.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure that curriculum is cohesive, aligned with instructional goals, and meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Stay current with industry trends and research to continually improve and update curriculum materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to support their understanding and implementation of curriculum standards.
• Collaborate with other curriculum coordinators and departments to ensure cross-curricular connections and alignment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and experts to enhance the curriculum and provide opportunities for students.
• Manage the budget for curriculum materials and resources, ensuring that all purchases are aligned with curriculum goals.
• Communicate with parents and other stakeholders about curriculum standards and materials.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and committees related to curriculum and instruction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in curriculum development.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in technology and educational software.
• Experience working in a diverse educational setting preferred.
