Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Clinical Director to join our team. As the Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our clinical operations. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical department and ensure efficient and effective functioning.
• Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA, OSHA, and state and federal laws.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external healthcare providers and organizations to enhance the delivery of patient care.
• Manage the budget for the clinical department, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff to support their professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the clinical operations as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, including policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels, including clinicians, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial goals.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
