Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and revise curriculum materials that align with learning objectives and meet the needs of our target audience.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify best practices and current trends in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning theories.
• Utilize instructional design models and principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Develop and design assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
• Ensure all curriculum materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes to continuously improve the quality of our curriculum.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in curriculum development and instructional design, and make recommendations for their integration into our curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theories, and curriculum development best practices.
• Experience with e-learning development tools, such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and other instructional technology tools.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
