Position Title: Commercial Photographer

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Photographer to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing and creating high-quality images for our clients' commercial needs. You will work closely with our creative team and clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through your artistic and technical skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their commercial photography work, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements and conceptualize ideas for commercial shoots
• Plan and organize photoshoots, including location scouting, model casting, and equipment preparation
• Set up and adjust lighting, props, and backgrounds to create the desired atmosphere and mood for the shoot
• Direct and guide models and subjects to achieve the desired poses and expressions
• Capture high-quality images using various techniques, such as lighting, composition, and camera settings
• Edit and retouch images to meet the client's specifications and maintain a consistent brand image
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve the quality of work
• Manage and maintain all photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories
• Ensure timely delivery of final images to clients while maintaining the highest level of quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Photographer
• A strong portfolio showcasing commercial photography work
• Proficient in using professional photography equipment, such as DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software
• Knowledge of different lighting techniques, composition, and camera settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the creative team and clients
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• A creative mindset with a passion for photography and a strong understanding of branding and marketing concepts
