Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum programs and materials for our organization. You will work closely with our instructional team to ensure that our curriculum aligns with our educational goals and meets the needs of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and instructional resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure that curriculum materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with educational standards.
• Conduct needs assessments and research to identify areas for improvement and inform curriculum development.
• Analyze student performance data and make recommendations for curriculum modifications to improve student outcomes.
• Train and support instructional staff in implementing the curriculum and using instructional materials effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Familiarity with educational standards and best practices in curriculum development.
• Proficient in using technology for curriculum development and delivery.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
