Are you passionate about furniture and interior design? Do you have a knack for sales and building relationships with customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Furniture Sales Associate!As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our furniture department. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of furniture styles and brands, helping customers find the perfect pieces to complete their home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their style and budget
• Provide accurate and detailed information about furniture features, materials, and warranties
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up to date with current furniture trends and sales promotions
• Assist with merchandising and restocking furniture displays
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future purchases
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home decor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
