Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conflict Resolution Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conflict resolution, mediation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of conflict resolution principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and impartial in high-stress situations.
• Proficient in conflict assessment and resolution tools.
• Experience in designing and delivering conflict resolution training programs.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to conflict resolution.
• Professional certification in mediation or conflict resolution is preferred.
