Position Overview: The Academic Director is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the academic programs and initiatives of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the academic team, including faculty, program coordinators, and academic support staff.
• Oversee the development and review of academic programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze academic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of academic programs with other organizational initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the academic team, encouraging the exploration of new teaching methods and technologies.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of faculty members, ensuring the highest quality of academic staff.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations and academic institutions to enhance the organization's academic offerings and research opportunities.
• Represent the organization at academic conferences, workshops, and other events to promote our academic programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in academic leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and academic quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
