Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability. As a key member of our management team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage department in line with the company's overall objectives
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquets
• Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by regularly interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality and cost-effective products are procured
• Create and maintain department budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and cost control
• Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective operations, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to promote professional growth
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for food and beverage service, including hygiene and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional events and special menus to attract and retain customers
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and new initiatives to enhance the food and beverage experience for our guests
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations and laws, as well as company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume, upscale establishment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and suppliers
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the demands of the job
