Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and commercialization of nanotechnology products from conception to launch
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential product opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications and timelines
Manage the product development process, including prototyping, testing, and manufacturing
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nanotechnology to inform product development strategies
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning and marketing strategies
Attend conferences and trade shows to showcase products and network with potential partners and customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the nanotechnology industry
Strong understanding of nanotechnology principles and applications
Proven track record of successfully launching new products to market
Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects from conception to launch
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and risk management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nanotechnology products is preferred
Ability to travel for conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed
