Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain processing equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and packaging machines
Monitor and control the flow of milk and other dairy products throughout the processing stages
Conduct quality checks and tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure they meet industry standards and company specifications
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all production processes and results
Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues in a timely manner
Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure production targets are met
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
Communicate effectively with team members and management to report any issues or concerns that may impact production

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dairy processing or related industry
Strong understanding of dairy processing equipment and processes
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict protocols and standards
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
