Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that they are followed by the project team.
Communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
Continuously look for ways to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management in the civil engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
