Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research on various topics, including market trends, competitors, industry developments, and customer behavior.
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, such as surveys, databases, and publications, to identify patterns and trends.
Utilize a variety of research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to collect data and gain insights.
Develop and maintain databases and other systems to organize and manage research data.
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and provide research-based recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve research methods and processes.
Proactively identify research opportunities and propose new research projects to address business needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in market research, business, economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a research role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
Proven experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research and analyzing data.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficient in using statistical software and data visualization tools, such as SPSS, SAS, Tableau, or Power BI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
