Title: Telecommunications Project Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Telecommunications Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of various telecommunications projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and meeting all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful delivery of telecommunications projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, operations, and sales, to define project requirements and objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, on project status, risks, and issues.
• Conduct project meetings, both internal and with clients, to review project progress, address any concerns, and provide updates on project status.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded and maintained.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including setting clear expectations, delegating tasks, and resolving conflicts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members towards project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
