Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing curriculum materials for various educational programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to develop engaging and effective learning experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop content that aligns with these objectives.
• Research, design, and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other learning resources.
• Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Ensure that all curriculum materials are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of curriculum materials to continuously improve and enhance their effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends, educational technology, and pedagogical practices to inform the development of curriculum materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that curriculum materials are effectively integrated into the overall learning experience.
• Provide training and support to educators and other team members on the use and implementation of curriculum materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, educators, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and educational technology tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for education and a strong commitment to creating high-quality learning experiences for students.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with diverse learners and developing culturally responsive curriculum materials is a plus.
