Position: Veterinary Education Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Education Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives for veterinarians and veterinary students. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our programs are cutting-edge, relevant, and impactful in the field of veterinary medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for veterinarians and veterinary students, including online courses, webinars, workshops, and conferences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality educational content that meets the needs of our target audience.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from stakeholders to continually improve our programs.
• Manage the logistics and operations of educational events, including budgeting, venue selection, and vendor coordination.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinary associations, academic institutions, and industry partners.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and best practices in veterinary medicine to inform program development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs through data analysis and participant feedback.
• Develop and maintain educational resources, such as handouts, manuals, and online tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote our programs and increase participation.
• Provide support and guidance to our team of educators and presenters.
• Represent our organization at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in veterinary education, curriculum development, or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Willingness to travel for events and conferences.
• Passion for advancing the field of veterinary medicine through education.
