Job Summary: As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various education programs, ensuring their successful implementation and delivery. You will work closely with a team of educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop, improve, and evaluate our education programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs in line with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify program needs and develop strategies to address them
• Conduct research to identify current educational trends and best practices to ensure program effectiveness
• Design program curricula and learning materials, incorporating feedback from educators and learners
• Plan and coordinate program schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources
• Oversee program budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
• Monitor program progress and evaluate its impact through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote program growth and reach a wider audience
• Train and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during program implementation and propose solutions
• Ensure program compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or related roles, preferably in an education setting
• Strong knowledge of educational principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the education sector
