Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access levels and security protocols are in place.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connections.
Identify and recommend solutions for system improvements, including hardware and software upgrades.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud computing, specifically AWS or Azure.
Experience with network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
