Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with the brand's objectives and target audience
Create innovative and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including print, digital, and social media
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on design techniques and best practices
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
Communicate and present design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the brand's visual standards are met

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including print, digital, and social media
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
