Job Description: As the Machinery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our machinery operations. Your main objective will be to manage and optimize our machinery processes to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure the safety of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our machinery, including scheduling, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, minimize downtime, and reduce production costs.
• Ensure that all machinery is running at optimal levels and meets quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
• Train and develop a team of operators to ensure they have the necessary skills to operate machinery efficiently and safely.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all machinery processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure machinery is being used in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of machinery operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of operators.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of improving productivity, reducing costs, and meeting production targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
