Position Overview: Globe International is seeking an experienced and highly motivated International Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global politics, economics, and foreign policies, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with international organizations, governments, and stakeholders. The International Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting Globe International's presence and reputation on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain relationships with international organizations, governments, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis on global political and economic trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making.
• Represent Globe International at international conferences, meetings, and events, and actively engage with key stakeholders to promote our brand and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute international projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated on relevant international policies and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on global events and developments that may impact Globe International's operations and reputation.
• Act as a liaison between Globe International and international partners, and facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, and support the expansion of Globe International's global presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company or international organization.
• Strong understanding of global politics, economics, and foreign policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful international strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
