Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality curriculum materials for a variety of subjects and courses
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, content, and assessments
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in curriculum development
Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes
Collaborate with technology teams to incorporate interactive and multimedia elements into the curriculum
Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure alignment with learning objectives and standards
Maintain accurate and organized records of curriculum materials and updates
Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to improve the curriculum
Train and support instructors on the effective use of curriculum materials
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and vision for curriculum development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
Proven experience in developing engaging and effective curriculum materials
Experience with a variety of instructional methods and technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and timelines
