Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
Collaborate with other departments to plan and coordinate maintenance projects
Provide training and support to other maintenance team members as needed
Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance processes and procedures for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance fields
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Flexible schedule and willingness to work outside of regular business hours when needed
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform other physically demanding tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
